6 Ways to Detox Your Body in 2021

There’s no better way to start 2021 than with a detox!  At its core, a detox is a temporary routine you follow to free your body of toxins and improve your overall health and wellness. 1.)  Eat Clean

Load up on fruits, veggies, whole grains, lean protein, and nuts. Make every effort to reduce or eliminate fried, processed, or sugary foods as much as possible.
