Are the beauty products cruelty-free?

 Yes, all the beauty products sold at Cynaglow is 100% cruelty-free.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards and Paypal  We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

Where is my order?

Once a package has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with your UPS tracking number.

How long before my order will ship?

All in-stock orders will be processed within 24 hours of placement Monday- Friday before 2pm PST. If you place an order after 2pm PST, your order will fulfilled the next following day. All orders placed on the weekend (Saturday/Sunday) will be processed on the following business day.

Do you provide samples?

The free sample is only pertaining to Beautycounter skincare products. One sample per customer. Excluding facial oil and bodycare.

Currently, we only ship in the United States.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do offer free shipping on orders over $50.

Express 1-3 Day and UPS Next Day. Please note, these services sometimes requires a signature upon delivery.

Beautycounter only ships France and Canada.
