Order Processing

Our general order processing time is within 2 business days. If you place your order before 5pm Pacific Time (USA), the order will be processed for shipping the next business day.

If there are order issues (such as payment declined, invalid shipping address, etc.), we will reach out to resolve it with you, but normal order processing time will not apply.

Shipment Processing

All orders are shipping to the shipping address listed. If you need to change any shipping information, please contact us ASAP. Once an order is processed and shipped, we will not be able to make changes anymore.

We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS), so orders over the weekend (Saturdays and Sundays) and public holidays may not ship until the next business day.

• Estimates above do not include order processing time, which is generally up to 2 business days.
• Business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Actual delivery time may depend on distance to the delivery location.
• We ship within the United States (including APO/Military and PO Box addresses).
• Above estimates apply to orders placed before 5pm Pacific Time (USA), Mondays through Fridays.

Shipping Fee Estimates

To find out how much shipping may cost for your order, add items to your cart and on the shopping cart page, scroll down to the “Estimate Shipping” section to enter your address information.

Shipping Status

You will receive tracking information in a shipping confirmation email when the order is shipped. You can enter your tracking number on the USPS Tracking Page to view delivery updates.

In the rare case that you noticed the delivery status is “delivered” but have not received your package, please allow up to 36 hours before emailing us. There have been cases where USPS carriers scan a package as delivered, but won’t actually deliver it until the next 36 hours.

For all damages or defects, contact us at customerservice@cynaglow.com within 2 business days of receiving your package so that we can resolve the issue for you quickly. Damage claims will not be accepted beyond 7 days of receipt (based on USPS delivery scan).
